Heartland Lutheran HS is a host site for Angel Food Ministries!
This is a way for people to buy food at a discounted price while helping Heartland Lutheran High School to raise funds for the school.

What is Angel Food Ministries?
Once a month, you or someone you want to help, can purchase boxes of
fresh meats, fresh or frozen fruits & vegetables, & staple items. 

This is not day old or outdated food.  The food is all fresh, name-brand products shipped on refrigerated trucks for same-day distribution. 
Our food will be available to pick up at HLHS each month on the day and time listed below.
