Thank you for your interest in Heartland Lutheran High School! At Heartland Lutheran you will attend a school where the focus is on a Christ-centered, rigorous education in a welcoming family environment. Statement of Admission, Enrollment, and Re-enrollment

The Heartland Lutheran High School administration reserves the right to determine the admission, enrollment, and re-enrollment of its students at all times.

Process for Enrollment at Heartland Lutheran

     1. Submit a completed Application for Admission form and the $100 non-refundable
         application fee.

     2. Submit recommendation forms: Administrator/Guidance Counselor, English Teacher, Math
         Teacher, & Pastor/Character

     3. For freshman, a report card from the student's most recent grading period. For transfers, a 
         copy of the student's transcript.

     4. Sign the Authorization to Release Student Information form.

     5. Submit a completed Application Survey.

     6. Schedule and attend a family interview with the Principal or his/her designee. 

ADMISSIONS EVENTS

Campus Tour

The campus tour of Heartland Lutheran High School enables perspective students and their families the opportunity to view our beautiful campus. The tour will showcase all of the exciting opportunities our students have in academics, activities, athletics, fine arts, and other areas of Red Hornet Student Life. The tour generally lasts around 30 minutes with time during and after to ask any and all of your questions about life as a Red Hornet and how to join the Red Hornet Family.
 

Tours are always available and you can schedule your tour today. Just call the school office and let them know you would like a tour of Heartland Lutheran High School!

Visit Day

Heartland Lutheran's official visit day will be Friday, January 24, 2020 from 8:30 - 3:30 pm. We invite all students in grades 5-11 to come and spend the day learning what Heartland Lutheran is all about.  Students will meet the teachers, visit the classrooms, and have the opportunity to play games and visit with current students. A pizza lunch is provided for all visitors.

Math Placement Testing

Math placement testing is for all incoming freshman. Those incoming freshman who will not take the math placement test at their current middle school must take the test prior to attending classes at Heartland Lutheran High School. The next math placement test scheduled is for Tuesday, August 13 during Freshman Orientation. Those taking the test are asked to check in at the main office.

Open Houses

Throughout the year Heartland Lutheran High School opens its doors for an official open house. These date are open to all and is a chance for Heartland Lutheran High School to put its top notch academic, activity, athletic, fine arts, and student life opportunities on display.

Our Next Open House is Sunday, November 10 from 2:00 - 5:00 pm.

Come and take a tour, receive information, have questions answered, visit with students, alumni, parents, faculty, and staff, and more. All visitors will receive a tuition discount for the 2019-20 Academic Year!
