Academic Excellence
Heartland Lutheran is accredited by Cognia and through National Lutheran Schools Accreditation. We are also an Approved School by the Nebraska Department of Education under the State of Nebraska's Rule 14.
Heartland Lutheran provides excellence through a uniquely rigorous and supported curriculum designed to push and prepare students for success at the college level and in the work force. Heartland Lutheran also has agreements with Concordia University Wisconsin, Central Community College, and is working with other universities to bring the highest quality dual credit and college classes to our students looking for a challenge and to get ahead.
In recent years, 100% of our graduates have been accepted into a college or university and 98% of our high school graduates enrolled in college. Heartland Lutheran graduates can be found at some of the leading colleges and universities in the country, including: Hillsdale College, Notre Dame University, Oklahoma State University, University of Minnesota, University of Nebraska, Concordia University, and more.

Graduation Requirements
Graduates from Heartland Lutheran High School earn 270 credits during their four year Red Hornet career.
